Terms of Use – TashAlert & Clocka Apps

Welcome to TashAlert and Clocka, two mobile applications developed by The Private Club (Pty) Ltd. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of:

• TashAlert App – A tool for fleet drivers to log and report road incidents.
• Clocka App – A time-tracking solution for fleet drivers to clock in and out of work.

By using either app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Use of the Apps

• You may use the apps for lawful, authorized purposes only. You agree not to misuse the services or access them using unauthorized means.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit.
• If you are using the apps on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorized to do so.

2. Account Registration

To use certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for any activity under your account.

3. Data Collection & Privacy

• We collect and use personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. This includes clock-in/out times, incident reports, optional GPS location data, and user contact information.
• We do not sell your data. Data may be shared only with your employer (if applicable), authorized service providers, or legal authorities if required.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and features within the TashAlert and Clocka apps are the property of The Private Club (Pty) Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the apps without our written permission.

5. Availability and Updates

We aim to keep our apps running smoothly but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may be updated or modified without notice.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the apps.

7. Account Deletion

If you wish to delete your account and associated data, please send a request to:

8. Liability

The Private Club App (Pty) Ltd is not responsible for any losses or damages arising from the use or inability to use the apps. Users are responsible for ensuring data accuracy and compliance with local regulations.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the apps after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
